- Regular Progress Reports: Implement a system to collect progress reports from project staff and beneficiaries on a monthly/quarterly basis. These reports will include data on the number of women involved, income generated, food security indicators, and other relevant project activities.
- Qualitative Data: Conduct focus group discussions (FGDs) and individual interviews with selected beneficiaries to gather qualitative insights into the project’s impact on their lives, decision-making power, and overall well-being.
- Key Informant Interviews: Interview local stakeholders, community leaders, and project staff to gain their perspectives on the project’s effectiveness and sustainability.
- Mid-term and Endline Evaluations: Conduct mid-term and endline evaluations to measure the changes in key indicators over time and assess the project’s overall impact.
Data Analysis
Employ quantitative and qualitative data analysis techniques to interpret the findings from various data collection methods. Analyze the data against the baseline figures and project objectives to assess the project’s progress and impact.
Feedback Mechanism
Establish a feedback mechanism to ensure continuous improvement and learning. Encourage beneficiaries and stakeholders to provide feedback on the project’s implementation and effectiveness regularly.
