Community radio plays a vital role in empowering remote and marginalized communities by providing a platform for sharing local news, culture, and promoting community development. However, many communities face barriers to accessing traditional broadcast-based community radio due to geographical limitations. To address this issue, we propose the development of an internet-based community radio system that will enable remote and marginalized communities to share their stories, local news, and culture online. This project aims to bridge the digital divide and empower communities through the power of online broadcasting.
The main objectives of the project are as follows:
